The 30th Marburg Pharmaceutical Law Symposium at Philipps University addresses current crises such as supply shortages, the EU pharmaceutical law reform, and the financial strain on the statutory health insurance system. Discussions involving industry, health insurance funds, the legal sector, and academia focus on balancing security of supply, data access, and data protection. Topics include new EU regulations, research data, and contribution stability, as well as digital pharmaceutical distribution and sustainability-related advertising. The aim is—true to the university’s mission.
