## Description

* * *

A series of events from the Department of Physics, designed for anyone interested in physics—regardless of age. Engaging, accessible, tangible, and featuring experiments.

What must the global energy supply look like to achieve climate goals—and what role does the sun play in this? To meet global electricity demand in a climate-neutral way in the future, we would need solar panels covering an area half the size of Germany. We explore the resources this would require and the contribution being made by solar cell research here in Marburg.

## Programme

* * *

Der Vortrag dauert ca. 60 Minuten. Im Anschluss gibt es die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen.

## Getting there
