The workshop provides insight into the fundamental steps involved in moving from a digital design to a finished prototype. Participants use CAD software to create a model optimized for 3D printing. Next, the component is prepared using slicer software, which breaks the model down into individual layers and converts it into machine-readable G-code.

Afterward, participants gain hands-on experience with the 3D printer, witnessing firsthand how a digital model takes shape as a physical object, step by step.

The workshop offers a concise, practical introduction to rapid prototyping, demonstrating how ideas can quickly be transformed into tangible results.
